Whether it’s huli huli chicken, the ultimate Chicago-style hotdog, or good eats in the Mission District, Samya and Victoria are going to check it out.
Samya Sattar, one of our hardworking Destination Managers, is an absolute restaurant fiend. Don’t know where to go to eat in San Francisco? This girl has the best recommendations around. In all of her travels she searches out the very best of local favorites. If Samya could have any meal right now, she would have Tandoori chicken at Shalimar at lunch time. Why at lunch time? Because it’s at its freshest.
Victoria Gutierrez is Nile’s Business Manager, helping the office run on a day-to-day basis and getting to dig deep into providing you with interesting content on the site. A native and fiercely proud Chicagoan, Victoria regularly has dreams involving the perfect deep dish spinach pizza or a hotdog dragged through the garden (extra sport peppers, please). A budding oenophile, her favorite nosh spots involve some inventive wine and food pairing. If she could eat anything anywhere (besides an Italian beef at Portillo’s) it would be the seasonal prix fixe menu at Bonsoiree, a tiny BYOB cafe in her old Chicago neighborhood of Logan Square.
