UPDATE 4/27: The photo was taken in Dublin at St. Stephen’s Green. The park has a rich history, from the public hangings that took place throughout the 18th century to the free summer concerts held in modern day.

Hmm. This is a total shot in the dark, but Vondelpark in Amsterdam?
There once was a park in a city.
And yes, it was really quite pretty.

This park is as pretty as the photo suggests and can be found at the top of popular Grafton Street.
