UPDATE 5/4: The photo was taken in Cape Town, South Africa along Muizenberg Beach. Located at the Northern End of False Bay, Muizenberg is known as one of the most beginner-friendly surfing beaches in the world, with numerous surf schools available to visitors.

Cape Town?
I’ve heard that there are huts like this there, but I’ve never been.
