UPDATE 9/28: The photo was taken at the Scallop Festival in Whitianga, New Zealand, a fishing town about 70 miles east of Auckland. The Scallop Festival is one of the highlights of the year in this Coromandel town and features seafood cuisine creations, wine, live bands, celebrity chefs, competitions and more.
