Just imagine…you and your best girlfriends want to take advantage of the last summer sun so instead of hitting up your condo’s community pool, you can make like BFF’s Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox and jet set off to a tropical Cabo San Lucas beach vacation. Earlier this summer Jen and Court checked into the Las Ventanas al Paraíso in Mexico which boasts hacienda-style architecture, an infinity pool that disappears right into a private beach, and complimentary tequila tastings when you check into the hotel (you know…just to start things off right). The girlie possibilities are endless: horse back riding, ordering piña colada after piña colada from the poolside bar… Or if being photog fodder is more your style you could tan in your heels like Lauren Conrad and Audrina Patridge have done at tons of different hotels around Cabo. But vacationing like a star (A or D-list) will cost you! A one bedroom, ocean view luxury suit at Las Ventanas al Paraíso goes for around $2,500.00 a night.
But if the mere thought of getting sand in your Creme de la Mer gives you nightmares, you and the girls (or should we say mademoiselles) could plan to vacation in Paris and stay at the ultra-luxe Plaza Athénée. While there, be sure to save an afternoon to check out their brand new in-house spa, L’Institut Dior. Created by none other then Christian Dior himself, the spa is sleek and modern with antique French furniture and boasts some of the most amazing treatments we have ever heard of. They offer facials that use the extracts from incredibly rare French grapes and massages that include secret serums created by Dior himself. They also have “resident programs” where you can stay anywhere from three days to two weeks and receive varying body and face “rejuvenating” treatments and use their world class gym free of charge! But Since they don’t post any prices for their treatments you know it’s gotta be over-the-top expensive.
And in the off chance that getting your face lathered in vegetable oil isn’t your thing, maybe hot and sweaty nightlife is how you and your ladies like to vacation. If so, you could follow in Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian’s footsteps and touch down in Miami. After an afternoon of shopping at Dash, the Kardashian’s clothing store, you could spend the night dancing away at Skybar. Located in the Shore Club hotel, Skybar is the celebrity (and thus paparazzi) magnet in Miami, so even getting in can be a challenge if your face isn’t instantly recognizable or you are not ridiculously, ridiculously good looking. Once you’re inside, be sure to hit up Rumbar, one of the club’s many themed bars, which serves 75 different kinds of rum in cocktails priced from $19 to $25.
