It’s becoming downright ludicrous the amount of new gadgets that are coming out on what seems like a daily basis. So ludicrous that “As Seen On TV” has their own store, which can be found at many malls throughout America; offering everything from the Snuggie to the Shake Weight to the Just Air Backpack. According to Engadget, Sanyo has announced the introduction of a new gadget called the Rechargeable Waist Warmer.

Over the last few years we’ve become quite fond of any kind of invention or gadget that serves as a “warmer”. Many of these gadgets have accommodated parts of our bodies that we typically like to be warmed up, that is your rear, hands and feet. However, when was the last time you were just sitting out in the cold and you were like “Man, I could really use a waist warmer right now”.

Sanyo is no stranger to “warmer” gadgets as Engadget reports. You may remember Sanyo coming out with their own version of hand warmers, as well as a neck warmer and we’re hoping they’ll give us a sneak peak of what we can only hope will be a prototype of the inner thigh warmer. Sanyo’s waist warmer consists of a velcro belt with thin film heaters embedded inside. Part of the Eneloop Warmer Series that includes the neck warmer, Sanyo suggests that they will continue to develop and build on their existing “warming” gadgets.
