New Yorker Takes On Latest Snowpocalypse With Skis

Few sights rival seeing New York City covered by a blanket of fresh white snow.  One of those things, however, is seeing New York City covered by a blanket of fresh white snow and seeing a New Yorker use Park Avenue like it’s Lake Placid.  As NYC was inundated with fresh powder, one lone daredevil went outside and onto the white fluffy stuff, donning a pair of skis.

Last week, Scranga (a mystery skier who’s earned quite a pseudo name for himself), decided to ski down Park Avenue.  While the city was all but shut down by the storm, Scranga was literally pulled down Park Avenue by some of his more adventurous friends.  Scrangra then decided to post his adventurous antics on YouTube:

According to the DailyMail, the skier was pulled at an astonishing 40 mph, and almost wiped out a few different times.  At one point, he almost threatened to take a few pedestrians with him.  But honestly, what’s a little adventure without a healthy dose of danger?  This guy definitely earns some serious street cred.  One can only hope that with the promise of the upcoming Nor’easter, Scranga will strike again.
