Puntarenas is the largest province in Costa Rica, covering a majority of the country’s western Pacific coast.
This photo was taken near the town of Quepos, located fewer than 100 miles (160km) from the capital San José. Quepos is a popular destination with many bars, restaurants and a spirited nightlife. A trip here is not complete without visiting the Manuel Antonio National Park, best known for gorgeous beaches and diverse wildlife.
