Ryanair Airlines Gets Rated R

Ryanair seems to love stirring up a reaction from travelers! Its latest news headline? Porn applications on its flights.

Yup, the same airline that brought you the sexy cabin crew calendar with their employees wearing lacy dr’ars and prancing around in high heels is now introducing porn in its flights! But don’t worry, the proposed plan will only be available on apps for iPads or smartphones, allowing passengers to play games, gamble, or watch people have sex.

CEO Michael O’Leary would like to make it clear that no porn will be broadcasted on seat-back TVs. That’s good news. He also justifies the decision by saying that hotels around the globe offer the same deals. Last time we checked, hotel rooms didn’t have strangers sitting elbow-to-elbow with no privacy and cramped conditions.

Perhaps O’Leary will be able to find a positive spin on the whole thing, just the same. After all, the sexy calendars have so far raised 400,000€ for charity. Its latest aim is to raise about 100,000€ for a UK-based charity named DebRA, which will provide vacations to Spain for 50 families with children suffering from an extremely rare skin condition known as epidermolysis bullosa.

Well, that’s one way to raise money.

Ryanair still needs to implement broadband technology within its airplanes before the porn app can kick off, however, so don’t start booking those long-haul flights yet.
