Even when the cloudy skies hit and the rain begins to fall, Prague is overwhelmingly beautiful. The influence of the West over the last 15 years is undeniable, and at the same time, the Old World feeling of the city remains.

This probably has something to do with the cathedral-like buildings and the cobblestone streets, touring through the Jewish Quarter and noting Prague Castle from almost anywhere in the city.

Be sure to spend time in a dimly-lit bar on one of the windy streets, and get lost outside the center of the city to experience a more authentic Prague.
