- The most interesting thing about this restaurant is its reputation for creating traditional Efik cuisine from Calabar, where the best of the nation´s cooks have their roots. My favorite delicacy there is ekpang nkukwo, a traditional meal made from a combo of coco yam and water yam. It is very tasty and nutritious...a delight-some treat any day!
