Tucked in an almost hidden location on 32 hectares (79 acres) above Playa Puerto Marqués, this relaxing, self-contained resort is an ideal choice for families or for those who already know Acapulco and want a bit of seclusion. It's one of Acapulco's most enticing hotels because of its family-friendly atmosphere, extensive amenities, and beautiful protected cove ideal for swimming. From Carretera Escénica, a handsome brick road winds down to the resort, but pay close attention to the signs for the reception so you don't end up on one of the residential roads. The hotel lobby features an inviting terrace facing the bay, and the sparkling waterfront pools are the focus of daytime activity. Spacious guest rooms offer balconies or terraces, small sitting areas, marble floors, ceiling fans (in addition to air-conditioning), and bright, colorful decor.
