Description:
One of the hottest tables in Acapulco, Zuntra sits across from Las Brisas hotel and overlooks the spectacular bay. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the vista, as the fashionably dressed clientele trade knowing glances and spirited conversation. The kitchen focuses on seafood dishes with a pan-Asian flare. I recommend the halibut teriyaki over sushi crab with a chipotle mousse, or seared tuna marinated in a port wine and soy sauce. The cuisine is exquisitely presented and service is top notch. There seem to be as many servers as diners, and when compared to some of Acapulco's trendiest restaurants, Zuntra is also reasonably priced. A sleek bar/lounge sits on the restaurant's upper level.
