• The waters of the Pacific Ocean near Acapulco offer some of Mexico's best deep sea fishing and Captain Jesús Osorio Ruiz of Blue Water Sports Fishing knows them like the back of his hand. Capitán Jesús, or Chuy as he's known, has been fishing the central Mexican coast for 30 years and is the proprietor of two well-equipped boats that he charters for private groups.
  
  Chuy skippers the 46-foot Aventura himself while his well-trained and friendly team takes visiting anglers out on the 40-foot Tres Amigos. Their goal is to land big game fish like yellowfin tuna, dorado (mahi-mahi), and every Acapulco fisherman's dream catch, the sailfish, using bait you start hauling in almost as soon as you leave the dock. A typical day's excursion leaves at around 7:00 am and ends at about 2:00 pm. Blue Water Sports Fishing will provide transportation from any hotel, the Malibu and El Cano, among them.
