There's a great atmosphere at this popular but authentic restaurant that serves ups some fantastic sushi and sashimi dishes. Try the "funamori" -- a brilliant array of delicate sushi and sashimi artfully presented on a decorative boat. Other popular dishes include vegetarian and seafood tempura, yose nobe (a hot pot of vegetables, seafood, and chicken), and chawan mushi (a steamed custard dish). The service is friendly and considerate. Make sure you wear your best socks though -- no shoes allowed!

It has surpassed Sato as the place to be for Japanese food in Adelaide. Fantastic food, great service and good portions. We've been there a handful of times and never been disappointed....

This is slightly off the beaten track as it is in the quiet end of Gouger street and on the top floor of a building. It is really worth the effort though. Fantastic fresh sashimi, great...
