• Market day happens once a week in many of the towns on the Amalfi Coast. Every Wednesday morning the Via delle Cartiere at the top of Amalfi is transformed in a market area where you can find stalls selling everything from shoes and clothes to household items, pets, plants, fruit and vegetables, fish and cheeses. Walking through the busy market is a fun way to experience a moment of daily life in Amalfi while enjoying the nice outdoor setting. The market begins near the Museo delle Carta and nearby you'll see the Canneto River and historic paper mills.
