What would be the best things to do and see around Amalfi Coast area?

Hi there, I'll drive to Amalfi and stay for a week. I am very flexible with time and where to go. What would be the best things to do and see around Amalfi Coast area? In general traveled around, love good street food, relaxed people and places, beautiful natures and hike in cities or nature. Visited Rome & Venice and love it. Never go anywhere without car as I like to be active and jump in and just drive off to a new thing :)
