The longtime master of local Pará cuisine, now in new location in the heart of Belém's restaurant district. The menu continues the tradition of creative use of local fruits and fish. For a sampling of local fish, try the corridinho de peixe, which includes fresh grilled pirarucu, skewers of tambaqui, local haddock, filhote in tucupi sauce, pescada amarela, and farofa flavored with pirarucu. Pará's signature dish of duck in tucupi sauce is particularly well done here. For dessert, try the tapioca balls with cupuaçu filling, served with cupuaçu ice cream.
