Description:
A more reasonably priced alternative to the Sheraton , and still close to the airport, is the Ibis, a standard modern chain hotel housed in a tinted-glass cube. It may have little in the way of character -- none at all, really -- but this French-run property provides perfectly good facilities for travelers in transit, and is comfortable in an efficient kind of way. Relax over a drink in the Red Baron Bar (the name tells all).

Good clean room, pretty small, but sufficient. For us it was more then worth staying here because of their parking facilities, you can leave your car on their secured lot up to 21 days...

The hotel is obviously situated for Schipol, with a free bus transfer to and from the airport. The rooms are basic but with a constant hiss of the heating system that could not be switched...
