Bond - Amsterdam

  • Description:

    • Bond is an elegant restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The interior is inspired by designs by Charles Eames and Frank Lloyd Wright and from luxury hotel lobbies from the '50s. A warm glow adds a welcome note and invites guests. This place is for people who like good food and wine. The cuisine is created by chef Craig Anthony Mc Shane and Jade Lindsay Bruce. They cook with ingredients that are fresh in the market and are seasonal. Evergreens like entrecote BĂ©arnaise and the steak tartar are the few items that stay on the menu. The daily specials keep changing and the chefs try and change the items available as per the season.
