• Although more of a wine and champagne bar than a restaurant, Bubbles and Wines serves some fantastic nibbles to go with their excellent range of wines. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable about the wines they serve and you won't get the hard sell for the most expensive one on the menu. Despite being high quality they're actually reasonably priced. You can have a personal wine tasting here if you can't make up your mind! The décor is ultra modern with glass walls and high cocktail tables with stools (a little bit uncomfortable if you're not very tall – and by Dutch standards that's everything under around five and a half feet). On the downside, because it's a wine bar, you do tend to get a business type after-work crowd who are a bit on the loud and flashy side. If this isn't your crowd, then you can tuck yourself away in a corner with one of the free magazines available and enjoy your wine in relative peace.
