• The pancake boat brings together two Dutch essentials: water/boats and pancakes! The boat has a beautiful interior for enjoying the Amsterdam Harbor and Dutch pancakes. A pancake buffet is set out with various toppings and side dishes; brunch cruises also offer sandwiches. Following the main course, ice cream is served. Don t miss the opportunity to try Dutch specialties like pancakes with bacon in them or stewed pears (a favorite side dish) in a wondrously homey environment while gazing at the harbor (this trip does not tour the canals). Cruises range from one to three hours, are very family-friendly, and the upper deck has an outdoor terrace.
