• This is one of the few authentic Vietnamese restaurants in Amsterdam. Located in the Jordaan district, this small restaurant is beautifully decorated in a trendy but cosy style. It serves high quality, tasty Vietnamese street food, such as spring rolls, noodle soups and lemon-grass chicken using extremely fresh ingredients and for extremely reasonable prices. The Pho Soup is highly recommended, prepared by simmering the stock for hours with beef bones and spices. It comes with a plate heaped with limes, bean sprouts, onion, chilli and fresh herbs which you can add to your own personal taste. To compliment the food they also offer some unique drinks such as Saigon beer and fresh coconut with rum.
