If you're in Amsterdam for a convention or congress, Beatrixpark is the perfect place to sneak away, breathe in the fresh air, listen to the birds or relax. As it is located near the RAI convention center, the park is not as centrally located as others, however, it is clean and quiet. Most visitors are locals. In summer months, children can swim for free in the children's pool, and families can bring a picnic, play Frisbee or wander around. Regular bird and tree walks are also offered.
