I am looking for a lovely hotel to stay in Amsterdam for 4 people. We are traveling with our two daughters (11 & 7). We would love to have a bit of space in our hotel, maybe adjacent rooms, and be able to walk to all the lovely sights in the city. Any suggestions?

Try too find a page where people rate their stay or holiday the location, service etc. I dont know the netherlands major page for this. In Germany its www.Holidaycheck.de

I would suggest to use www.booking.com You may find the info regarding the price, location, guests' comments etc there.

Bookings.com is a good recommendation, as you can see other peoples ratings. For an individual recommendation, I would advise the Rokin on the Rokin. It's a reasonably priced clean accomodation, right in the centre, on a quiet street.
