How far form Voorburgstraat, 250, Amsterdam 1059 VD to Nieuwmarkt

The distance is 5 kilometers. Too far to comfortably walk, but you could cycle east in the direction of Vondelpark, follow Vondelpark toward Leidseplein and then continue north east via Singel. By public transport, take Tram 2, destination Centraal Station, from the tramstop Delflandlaan, and get off at Dam, then walk east for about 10 minutes.
