Hidden Dragon Falls (Chan Long Pu Bu)

Description:

• If you are staying up in one of the farmer's guesthouses, you can enter Hidden Dragon Falls from the very top late in the afternoon and save the ¥30 ($3.90/£1.95) entrance fee. This is probably a good idea as it is a very steep climb up from the main gate, especially on some of the more precarious scaffolding walkways, where the sides of the gullies are simply too steep for rock-hewn steps.

  Back up at the top is a superb lookout point that provides amazing views over the entire valley. It is also a great spot to spend the early evening if you are lucky enough to be staying up here.
