Another place you must check out is Chez Pascal. This is one of those absolute "finds" that you'll remember for years to come. Chez Pascal, one of the best restaurants on the island, is set high on a hill with nothing between you and the panoramic sweep of shoreline and the Caribbean Sea but its outdoor dining terrace. Lyon native Chef Pascal Milliat and his wife Florence are famous for their exquisite French cuisine and gracious hospitality.
Overlooking the harbor and definitely worth a visit is the Southern Cross Restaurant. This exclusive restaurant boasts a lofty atmosphere set above the Falmouth Harbour Marina complex and seemingly so far from the throngs of people below. Southern Cross is elegant and low key, a restaurant set apart by ambiance and delectable food. The menu is exclusively Italian with most specialties from Northern Italy, but don't expect to see spaghetti on the menu. So light those candles and embark on an unforgettable romantic Antigua experience. But don't forget about the food.
