    • Homestead of William Workman - one of the two first ranchers in the San Gabriel Valley, other was John Rowland. Adobe house was built in the 1840's and lived in till the 1970's. Also on the property is a 1920's Spanish Colonial Revival Adobe - built by Walter Temple and his family, the grandson of William Workman. Activities focus on the 1840's Ranchero days, 1860 Victorian days, and the Roaring Twenties. Docent-led tours are available Wed through Sun - at 1, 2, 3, and 4. Special arrangements are requested for large groups. Check their website for special activities.
