The Best of NileGuide
- Fun is the name of the game at Arches! We listed some of our favorite fun hikes, ranging from easy fun to challenging fun to remote fun. Get ready to discover the top fun things to do in Arches National Park. For the younger members of the family, the Arches Junior Ranger Program offers hands-on activities that stretch their minds and exercise their energy at the same time. Earning a badge can be a very fun way to learn about this amazing natural playground. The easier hikes make the cut because they reveal some great Arches views yet can be tackled by most visitors. Sand Dune and Broken Arch are simple to reach. Landscape Arch is slightly longer, but it's totally fun to say you've been to what might be the world's longest natural arch. In fact, the entire surrounding Devils Garden Loop trail is pretty darn fun, no matter how little or much of it you do, since it contains a significant number of excellent arches.Tower Arch is more off the beaten path, which is fun in that you have fewer crowds to compete with on the trail. The Fiery Furnace is just awesome because you get to explore, crawl over, and hop onto many of the park's geologic features. We put Klondike Bluffs on the list because it's less visited and more adventuresome to reach, which some people think is a ton of fun. And neighboring Moab? Well, that town was practically invented for having fun.
