Costa Linda Beach Resort

Description:

  • On a glorious 183m (600-ft.) stretch of Eagle Beach, this timeshare offers some of Aruba's most impressive accommodations. Its five-story Dutch-Caribbean buildings feature sunny ocher walls with white trim and terra-cotta tile roofs. Inside, tropical colors, split-cane furniture, and light-tile floors brighten the enormous two- and three-bedroom suites. All units have expansive living/dining rooms, kitchens, at least two TVs, a master suite with raised Roman tub and separate shower, a guest bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom, and a large private balcony with an ocean view. The three-bedroom suites boast an adjoining studio with its own kitchenette, TV, and bathroom; and an enormous balcony. Big enough to entertain 20 to 30 cocktail guests, these ocean-facing terraces feature patio furniture for eight, a raised Jacuzzi for four, and a party-size barbecue grill. Built in 1991, the resort undergoes constant refurbishment and promotes environmental consciousness: Recycling bins and posted exhortations to conserve are everywhere.

Facilities: 2 restaurants; 2 bars; babysitting; children's program; teen program; concierge; exercise room; large outdoor pool; children's pool; 2 tennis courts lit for night play; watersports equipment/rentals nearby; beach wheelchair available; barbecue facilities
