• In the heart of Oranjestad, this cafe and bistro overlooking the harbor is a short walk from virtually every shop in town. Much of the staff is blond, hip, and European, and the atmosphere is decidedly Dutch. No one minds whether you opt for a drink, a cup of tea or coffee, a snack of sliced sausage and Gouda cheese, or a full-fledged meal. The menu offers everything from Wiener schnitzel to oriental stir-fry; spaghetti Bolognese to mahimahi in white wine sauce. Happy hours change frequently; when they're offered, a festive crowd packs the place.
