Bubali Bird Sanctuary

• This lush sanctuary might seem out of place amid the arid and dry surroundings, however initially it was. The lakes, Large Bubali Pond and Small Bubali Pond are man-made, with the water coming from a nearby water treatment facility. The result of these lakes have heralded in numerous species of birds from Egrets, Swans, Gulls, Coots and more. More than 80 species call this place home along their migratory routes. There is also a large building, complete with viewing platform to ensure you get the greatest view of the wildlife possible.
