• From the outside, Fiore's would seem like your traditional run of the mill Italian restaurant. The ambiance looks as though it's taken out of a Hollywood Western. Traditional Italian dishes like pizzas and pastas are combined with fusion salads like the Greeko Romano along with the American favorite Caesar Salad. The menu though, does tend towards catering to sea-food lovers. Fiore's is part of the Asheville Independent Restaurant Association, a group of united, independent restaurants providing diverse cuisines, having a growing reputation in the city.
