Located in the historic Richmond Hill Inn and rated at five stars, Gabrielle's offers formal service in the elegant surroundings of a bygone era. The chef uses local ingredients and changes his menu seasonally. Meals are offered in five courses, consisting of appetizers, salad, refresher, entree and dessert. Samplings include wild mushroom ravioli appetizers, Sauteed Mountain Trout, Citrus-Marinated Breast of Duck and rack of lamb. Vegetarian selections are also available. Jackets are recommended for men and children under the age of eight are discouraged.
