• It's a familiar night crawl, at least for those seasoned enough to know the handful of nightspots that keep Aspen awake during high season. Located in the former Bar Aspen space, this mellow cocktail bar offers an intimate lounge setting for late night dancing, sweet tooth fixes and midweek revelry. The owners come via Denver looking to create a new den of 'Aspen Chic" and gathering point for friendly locals and visiting glitterati. The result is a well conceive nightclub with granite-topped bar surrounded by projection screen images of '60s rock icons. Ebonized hardwood floors and artsy pendant lighting offset stone and plaster walls connecting the main bar with a separate lounge. While sometimes cordoned-off for private functions, the lounge features minimalist sectionals with red cushions and tufted-leather ottomans reserved for VIP bottle service (Jetset Report.com).
