Every Tuesday evening during the summer, diners can catch a ride and a dinner at the Burlingame Cabin (which is unfortunately open only on that day). The surrounding views of the Elk Mountain Range are stunning and will make you forget that you slobbered barbecue sauce on your favorite shirt. Baby back ribs, chicken and trout are the featured entrĂ©es. Pack extra jackets for the summit will be cool. Reservations are not just recommended, they are absolutely essential.
