Description:
- As one of Aspen's newer restaurants, it provides a nice twist to the usual French dining scene. Instead of attempting to imitate a bistro out of Paris, it goes for the French countryside approach. The interior is filled with earth tones, adobe-like walls, and big copper kettles and pots dangle in the front windows. Risotto, black mussels, rainbow trout, braised short beef ribs, and pecan tarts are among its specialities—do try them when you visit.
