- Upon entering this Victorian tribute, located inside the Hotel Jerome, one almost feels as if they have entered another era. From the shimmering glass chandeliers to the high back, rose colored chairs, every detail screams of Victorian elegance. It makes dining feel truly special. Matching the decor is the meticulously prepared menu by nationally recognized chef, Todd Slossberg. The entree presentations such as the buffalo prime rib, or the rack of Lamb are such works of art that you almost feel compelled to stand up and cheer "bravo, bravo!" The lobster chowder is a must.
