Tens of thousands of locals and visitors converge on the town to enjoy such goings-on as a Aspen Buddy Five charity run & walk, a US Air Force fly-by, a children's bicycle rodeo and more. Don't miss the traditional parade down Main Street with its homespun creative floats, marching bands, Veteran walk, a rolling pipe organ. The afternoon offers music and ice skating exhibitons by local organizations, and no Independence Day event would be complete without a fireworks display in the evening.
