Plaka

Plaka is the oldest neighborhood of Athens, and is located at the foothill of the Acropolis. Within quaint streets and alleys are neoclassical homes, museums, a plethora of shops selling souvenirs and handicrafts, small cafes and tavernas and archeological sites such as the Tower of the Winds and Lysikrates Monument.
