- One of the best beaches of Athens, the Astir Beach Club at Vouliagmeni stands out for its facilities and the lush vegetation on a private peninsula. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided on the fine sand beach, together with lockers, changing cabins, showers and a snack bar. Bathers can also make use of the volleyball court. The beach club offers a full range of motorized and non-motorized water sports such as windsurfing, waterskiing, jet-skiing etc. as well as lessons at the ski school.
