- Thalassa means "sea" in Greek, and thalassotherapy means relaxation at the Divani Apollon Palace. Well removed from the urban chaos, it's located in Vouliagmeni along the Athenian Riviera. The spa includes a 225 sq. meter seawater pool, roman baths, Turkish "hammams" (bath), exfoliation rooms as well as ten private rooms. Thalassotherapy is defined as treatments using marine elements such as seawater, mud, seaweed, etc, administered under medical supervision; it is used in other fine European spas but no place else in Greece. The spa offers one week, three day, and one day packages with various costs and services.
