1,200 musical instruments on display! If you are already at the Roman Agora, this interesting museum is just steps away and admission is free. Those with an interest in music will enjoy viewing various classical Greek folk musical instruments and even listen to how they sound. Pottery drums, tambourines, flutes, bagpipes, quitars, mandolins, bells and cymbals are but part of the collection. The Monastiraki metro stop is about 8 minutes by foot.
