- Although Atlanta has several restaurants on the pricey side, there are a ton of great places where you can get a great meal for less. From Mexican and Korean to pizza and burgers, you can find restaurants in almost every genre providing a quality culinary experience at a give away price. An inexpensive favorite is Taqueria del Sol, which had several locations throughout the city. If you skip the margaritas you can get out of Taqueria with a full belly of soft tacos for less than a single digit price-that also of course depends on your appetite. Another cheap taco spot, with a twist, is Hankook Taqueria which serves up Korean barbecue tacos and Korean street food at a no-frills eatery on the West side. Some other great cheap eats include barbecue spots like Fat Matt's Rib Shack and landmarks like The Varsity. After all, you shouldn't have to break the bank to get a good meal.
