Guests indulged in the hotel's heated indoor pool (stocked with free towels), sauna and fitness center, and those who dined on-site enjoyed the attached restaurant's garden setting. While free lobby-side cookies and lemon water were appreciated, numerous complaints stemmed from expensive Wi-Fi (which is only available within public areas), thin walls and nonexistent bathroom ventilation.
