• Verasano's uses natural ingredients and dough that is fermented before it is baked. The crust is delicious on its own, but Verasano's has several different toppings including, garlic, mushrooms, pepperoni, hot sopressata, sausage with fennel, and anchovies. In addition to pizza, the pizzeria has entrees like the chicken marsala, and chicken picatta. You'll find pastas, salads, and desserts on the menu, too. Try the Italian doughnuts, gelato, brownies, and tiramisu. Pizzas at Verasano's are thin and crispy, and a gluten-free option, made with corn is available. Bottomless cocktails, are also available. Guests who visit Verasano's for brunch can build their own omelet, or they can choose to have some of the other menu options, including French toast, blueberry pancakes, or meatballs with gravy.
