• If you're looking for an interesting way to get exercise and make social contacts in Atlanta, you've found it. For the uninitiated, a hash is a cross country run that follows a flour trail marked by volunteers and pursued by a raucous group of runners. Hash House hosts their four to six events weekly, and the paths typically run throughout the urban landscape, concluding with a beer and munchies picnic for those who survive the trek. Weekly hashes are usually held on Saturdays at 1:30p, and are free for newcomers.
