Seeing you have a 10 month old baby, I would say go to Atlantic Station in Midtown Atlanta. Any search query of "Atlantic Station Atlanta GA" will give you plenty of info. It has wonderful places to shop, a movie theater, and restaurants. Plus its window shopping, so youre outside and its easier to maneuver a stroller outdoors. Ultra cool place, nice area! As far as attractions go, the warm weather calls for a trip to Stone Mountain or Kennesaw Mountain, depending on which side of town you are on. They are both national parks and a trip to the top (you dont have to hike you can ride) can allow you to see all over metro Atlanta. You can always check Creative Loafing Atlanta online for entertainment events such as concerts. FYI, The Tabernacle downtown is a cool concert venue with cool history- right next to Olympic Centennial Park that was built for the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta.

There are great places to shop in Atlanta: Lennox Mall,Phipps Plaza are both indoor shopping centers. Atlantic Station is good for outdoor browsing.
For sightseeing and attractions, I would make sure to go to the Aquarium - it's world class. The Coke museum is fun to visit as well but better for older children. These are both around Centennial Olympic Park. If you are outdoorsy - you'll want to hit a park overlooking the Chattahoochee River - there are some good trails. The Botanical Gardens are also a nice venue to visit. CNN center has a good indoor tour as well.
