User Review:
- This house was renovated with having weddings in mind. Whether you choose to be married on the 700 sq.ft. rooftop deck, or inside with views overlooking the Atlantic you will be pleased with it's location. The house sleeps 16, has 2 living rooms, huge kitchen wth a Island Bar that seats 16. You can have a small wedding here of about 25-50 people, using the house for the wedding, and reception by reconfiguring the house for the day. The room overlooking the Ocean is where you would say your vows with your guests present, or on the deck is another place to say your vows. After the wedding the living room upstairs could be used for babysitting, while the downstairs is used for the reception, and DJ and dancing. The back yard is able to hold some tents if you prefer to have the DJ, band, portable dance floor, and reception outdoors. You can also have the wedding party stay here and plan your the wedding and reception elsewhere and have a nice catered dinner at the house to be more "at home". The homes is very warm and cheery, and has all the comforts of home. There is many connections through Beach House Retreats to help you plan your big day, or just be your wedding party's retreat. The owners were married here, and had a firehouse hall reception that rented for 24 hrs. which allowed them time to visit with guests that came from out of town as far as Utah for more then just a 4 hour reception. Money saved on the hall was spent on food, entertainment, and a band. Good Luck to all, and try their "Wed and Bed".
